The lower stage extrusion part is composed of components such as pneumatic clutch B1, reduction box B2, assembly B3 in rear bearing chamber of the main body, reamer shaft B4, main body front bearing & seal assembly B5, lower stage main body B6, split clay barrel B7, nose B8, machine access B9, press darby front bearing chamber assembly B10 and press darby rear bearing chamber assembly B11, eccetera.
动力由电动机经气动离合器B1传入减速箱B2减速后带动绞刀轴B4旋转，装在绞刀轴上的螺旋绞刀，将上级搅拌部分送来的原料，通过螺旋挤压原理经机身B6、Serbatoio fango diviso B7、机头B8从机口B9匀速推出，形成规定断面尺寸的坯条。
The power is transmitted to reduction box B2 by electric motor via pneumatic clutch B1. After speed reduction, reamer shaft B4 is driven to rotate. 本机由于设计合理、结构紧凑、运行平稳，安装时可不用地脚螺栓，上下级均采用气动离合器。分离彻底、结合可靠、操作方便。主轴前轴承室密封总成采用油浸式润滑结构并设有视油装置，便于观察轴承的润滑状态。

The seal assembly of main shaft front bearing chamber adopts oil immersion type lubrication structure and set up oil visible device to be convenient for observing lubrication state of bearing.
