the GS series is primary crusher, the machine is raw material grinding and milling equipment, the operating principle is raw material will be grinded to less 3mm via two opposite direction rotating rollers, it can improve the plasticity and homogenization, which is important to improve the quality of bricks,

3. the raw material should be equally and feeding granularity and the size should be less than 10mm, the moisture should be less than 15%,attention Strictly prohibit that the hardness of the raw material over HRC10 for example some steel wire or iron block.

4. The gap of two rollers should be equally, the error should not more than 1mm, the overload spring protect the rollers, but the spring should not flexible more than 5mm,otherwise the materials would be well crushed.

5. The abrasion of roller surface should not be less than 3mm, the roller should be repair or be changed, otherwise the materials would not be well crushed,
