1. 原材料 & 燃料の準備と取り扱い

1)粘土原料をローダーでボックスフィーダーに送る. 粘土原料を二本ロール粉砕機に送り予備粉砕します。 .

2)予備粉砕物はベルトコンベアで水を加えて撹拌する二軸混合機に送られます。.

3)最初の作業手順の混合後, the raw material is again sent to intense agitation extruder and high speed fine pulverizing double roll grinder for supplement water and agitating the raw material.

2. 成形

1)成形含水率は、 16%-18%.

2)真空ポンプはパグと一緒に押出機内に入った空気を抜きます。. 真空押出機は、マシンの口からパグを押し出し、次に, スリットを行う & 必要な次元に応じて別れます.

3. 乾燥

1)カッターによってカットされ、グループに配置された無作法レンガが, they are set by manual onto the dryer cart.

2) 乾燥室の作業システムには加熱システムがあります, 調整システムと水分排除システム. 乾燥品質は、規制システムによって制御されます.

4. 燃焼

1)乾燥後 , the unfired bricks are sent onto hoffman kiln by the dried brick cart, workers stack the bricks into the hoffman kiln for burning.

2)The properly burned bricks are sent onto the Finished brick cart by workers.
