mixer brick machinery china
This series of machines is a “D” type all steel double stage vacuum extruder, which is easy to operate, safe and reliable, and runs smoothly. The whole machine is divided into two parts: upper level mixing and lower level main machine extrusion (see Figure 1). The distribution and lubrication of each bearing in the transmission part (see Figure 2).
(1) Superior mixing section:
The upper mixing section consists of vacuum cylinder A1, mud cover A2, mixing cutter A3, mixing teeth A4, mixing shaft A5, mixing box A6, gear box A7, reduction box A8, pneumatic clutch A9, drainage valve A10, and vacuum pump A11.
The power is transmitted from the motor through the pneumatic clutch A9 to the gearbox A8 and the gearbox A7. Through a set of paired gears, the two mixing shafts A5 rotate in opposite directions, and the mud in the mixing box A6 is fed into the lower body by the mixing teeth A4 and the conveying cutter A3 installed on the mixing shaft, which are then evacuated by the vacuum cylinder A1.
(2) Lower level host extrusion part:
The lower extrusion part consists of pneumatic clutch B1, reduction gearbox B2, rear bearing chamber assembly B3, cutter shaft B4, front bearing and sealing assembly B5, lower body B6, split mud cylinder B7, machine head B8, machine port B9, front bearing chamber assembly B10 of mud pressure plate, rear bearing chamber assembly B11 of mud pressure plate, lubrication system B12 of speed reduction box, and other components.
The power is transmitted from the electric motor through the pneumatic clutch B1 to the gearbox B2 for deceleration, and then drives the cutter shaft B4 to rotate. The spiral cutter installed on the cutter shaft pushes the raw materials sent from the upper mixing part through the principle of spiral extrusion, and is uniformly pushed out from the machine port B9 through the body B6, the dividing mud cylinder B7, and the machine head B8, forming a billet with a specified cross-sectional size.
This machine is designed reasonably, has a compact structure, and runs smoothly. Both upper and lower levels use pneumatic clutches. Thorough separation, reliable combination, and convenient operation. The main gearbox adopts an independent lubrication system, ensuring sufficient lubrication and cooling of bearings and gears, and extending the service life of the gearbox. The sealing assembly of the front bearing chamber of the main shaft adopts an oil immersed lubrication structure and is equipped with an oil viewing device, which facilitates the observation of the lubrication status of the bearings.
