The brick extruding unit is suitable for mixing and homogenizing the prepared raw materials, especially the industrial wastes such as coal gangue, fly ash, furnace slag and so on, through vacuum treatment, which can be hard plastic extruding, semi hard plastic extruding, more soft plastic extruding, and cut into various specifications of bricks by the billet cutting machine.
The brick extruding unit has large extruding pressure, high vacuum degree, dense extruded mud strip and neat appearance. Fully adapt to the requirements of primary code firing and secondary code firing. High production efficiency, low molding water content, simple process.
The whole stacking cycle for this robotics, grabbing bricks on stacking platform, transferring them to drying area, back to original position and waiting for next group of bricks, is about 15 to 20 seconds.
Our extruder has three forms: soft plastic vacuum extruder, semi hard vacuum extruder and hard plastic vacuum extruder.
●Soft plastic vacuum extruder is suitable for the raw materials with moisture content higher than 19%;the allowed extrusion pressure is 0.4~1.8 MPa.
●Semi hard vacuum extruder is suitable for the raw materials with moisture content between 16%~19%;the allowed extrusion pressure is 1.8~2.5 MPa.
●Hard plastic vacuum extruder is suitable for the raw materials with moisture content lower than 16%;the allowed extrusion pressure is 2.5~4.5 MPa.
