china tunnel kiln
There are several situations where the stack of billets on the tunnel kiln truck collapses:
(1) There are two reasons why the pre packaged kiln car did not collapse into the pre heating zone:
One of them is purely due to improper operation, resulting in unstable stacking of billets;
The second reason is that the strength of the bottom support leg of the billet stack is too low to bear the weight of the billet stack itself or the top pushing vehicle is too fast. When encountering such a situation, the burning belt should be squatted on fire in a timely manner, and the collapsed kiln car should be dealt with in a timely manner. Kiln cars that have already collapsed billets (such as only partially collapsed) should not be sent into the preheating zone;
(2) The main reason for the collapse of the preheating zone is that the residual moisture content of the kiln body is too high, and the relative humidity of the flue gas in the preheating zone is relatively high. When encountering condensation from the cold billet that has just entered the kiln, the billet becomes soft and collapses. Correction method: Shorten the length of the pre tropical zone; Changing from relatively centralized smoke exhaust to relatively dispersed smoke exhaust in order to reduce the humidity in the smoke; Reduce the residual water content of the billet entering the kiln.
For a one-time burning tunnel kiln, when the well coded kiln car collapses after just entering a few parking spaces in the drying section, the reason is also due to the high moisture content of the formed body, low initial strength of the body, low body temperature, and high relative humidity of the drying gas, which causes condensation and softening of the body. The solution is to strictly control the moisture content of the green body during molding, increase the temperature of the green body, increase the temperature of the drying gas, and reduce the relative humidity of the drying gas;
(3) The reasons for the collapse of the firing zone are: inaccurate observation of the fire, excessive use of smoke dampers, high and uneven internal combustion blending, and high roasting temperature, which causes the body to overheat, soften, and collapse. This situation generally occurs in the middle and lower parts of the billet stack on the kiln car. Solution: If such an accident occurs, the only solution is to continue burning it out quickly. At this point, the entry time can be shortened, and even continuous entry can be made to temporarily shorten the roasting zone; You can also open the coal feeding hole of the roasting belt or lift the preheating gate to “set fire”. In addition, the reasonable blending amount and uniformity of internal fuel should be adjusted immediately.
