The double shaft mixer is the stirring equipment of materials and water during raw materials handling. The electric motor of the equipment via reducer can drive stirring long axis and counter gear to let stirring long & short shafts operate relatively. We install stirring vane on the shafts. The long and short shafts rotate relatively. The stirring teeth mix the materials and water in the mixing box.

Adding water into stirring machine, needs add 90% of water. The water needed can decide by materials’ water content and characteristics.
