Supply and processing of raw materials
The mined raw materials are stacked and aged, and then added to the chain plate feeder by a shovel truck. They are sent to the roller conveyor for crushing by a belt conveyor. The internal combustion powder coal slag is mixed and crushed by a coal blending machine through a belt, and is also sent to the roller conveyor along with the mud material. After crushing, it is screened by a drum screen. The coarse material on the screen is sent back by the belt conveyor for repeated crushing. The screened raw materials are then sent to the storage warehouse for backup by a belt conveyor.
Forming and firing
The processed raw materials are fed into a vacuum extruder through a belt conveyor (the extrusion pressure of the machine reaches 3.5Mpa, which can ensure that the raw materials are extruded into shape at a higher pressure, resulting in a lower moisture content of the billet, which is conducive to ensuring the accuracy of the billet size and the strength of the wet billet, and not causing deformation of the billet during mechanical coding). The upper level then trains, extrudes, and cuts the raw materials again, making the raw material particles denser and the moisture more uniform. And in the vacuum chamber, a vacuum pump is used to extract the air from the space between the raw material particles, increasing the extrusion density, improving the compression and bending resistance of the product, making the surface of the product smoother, and improving the yield of finished products. Then, the raw materials are squeezed and formed again through the spiral cutter through the lower level of the vacuum machine. The formed billet is cut into various types of billet through the automatic billet cutting system. It is then coded onto the kiln car by the hydraulic automatic billet coding system, and then transitioned to the roasting kiln by the electric pallet car.
