In order to meet the different requirements of the market for products, porous load-bearing bricks and non load-bearing hollow bricks can be produced in one line; It can not only produce solid bricks (see Figure H) and perforated bricks that are integrated with load-bearing and fair faced wall decoration, but also produce insulation bricks and blocks for each part; It can not only produce various products of small size, but also produce products of large size (see Figure J), especially long size wallboard bricks; It can be used to produce solid bricks or bricks with low hole rate, and can also produce products with high hole rate with hole rate greater than 50%. Single layer drying can realize intelligent automatic control, and adjust temperature, pressure and air volume according to different products. For example, Baoshen’s single-layer chain plate type quick dryer has set the walking speed for chain drying to be 0.3m-1.5m/min. When the designed dryer is 117m, the drying cycle can be controlled to be 1.3h-6.5h, and the commissioning range is relatively large.

If the product changes during production, when the air supply temperature and pressure are basically unchanged, it is only necessary to adjust the chain plate speed through the frequency converter to achieve a reasonable drying cycle for the production of a variety of products. In the actual production of different products, the drying cycle of Baoshen is adjusted from 2h to 5.5h. Generally, the drying cycle of solid bricks is about 5h; 20% perforated brick in 3h~4h; More than 40% of hollow bricks and hollow blocks shall be dried in 2h~2.5h. In other words, the higher the porosity, the shorter the drying cycle. If the outer and inner walls are thinner, the drying cycle will be shorter.
