New brick machine design technology
Baoshen group brick machine is the general name of brick making machinery and equipment for manufacturing color bricks, cement bricks and other series products in the building materials industry.
1. The advanced technology of German block making machine is adopted, which is heavy and stable, and its weight exceeds 30% of the weight of domestic models with the same output. The shock absorption effect is remarkable.
2. It adopts computer control system, LCD touch screen to adjust parameters, and is equipped with data input and output devices to realize man-machine dialogue.
3. The computer control system has a self-locking function. If the previous action is not in place, the next action cannot be executed, so as to avoid misoperation and damage to the machine. Remote fault diagnosis can be realized through telephone line.
4. The machine body adopts thick wall square tube and super long guide sleeve to ensure that the machine body is firm and shockproof, and the ram movement is accurate.
5. The center of gravity is extremely low, and the vibration table is 486mm from the ground, ensuring that 90% of the aftershocks are introduced to the ground, extending the service life of the equipment.
6. Good synchronization. Adjustable synchronous swing arm shall be installed on the indenter and stripping frame to ensure that the indenter and stripping error are within +1mm.
7. Wide range of products. By adding secondary distribution equipment, it can simultaneously produce hollow blocks, multi row holes, hollow bricks, kerbs, splitting blocks, color pavement bricks, grass planting bricks, washed bricks and other products.
8. Vibration pressure separation technology. Install vibration support plate, auxiliary pressure head and shock-absorbing rubber pad to completely isolate vibration and pressure interference.
9. Taiwan hydraulic valve and cooler are adopted to ensure reliable operation and low failure rate of the hydraulic system.
10. The forced blanking device of the claw is used to completely solve the problem of difficult blanking of thin-walled products (wall thickness less than 20mm).
11. The vibration main shaft adopts the transmission mode of universal joint transmission shaft to ensure accurate transmission speed. Long service life, avoiding the trouble of replacing the belt frequently.
12. All models use frequency converters to completely realize the non-stop rotation of the spindle motor, thus fundamentally solving the problem of temperature rise of the spindle motor.
13. The only manufacturer in the same industry in China that adopts the vibration force adjustment system. Each block host is adjustable by a variety of vibration forces, so as to shorten the vibration time, improve the compactness of products and save cement.
14. The whole casing frame adjustment mode is adopted. All parameters can be adjusted by rotating two lead screw machines and adjusting the proximity switch distance.
15. The exciting force is strong, the amplitude is up to 2mm, and the exciting acceleration is up to 15g, so that the material can be quickly formed in about 2 seconds, and the cement is fully liquefied. Under the condition of ordinary weight ratio, the loading strength can be increased by one grade.
